Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@leytworld.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label that must be used within 7 days. We can't accept returns that haven't been first approved. Your refund, minus return shipping fee and handling costs of $10 for the order, will be processed when the item is received in acceptable condition.
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To exchange for a different size or style within 7 days of receiving your order, we will have to process as a return and new purchase, but will not charge for return shipping. You can place the new order at any time and email us at hello@leytworld.com for a return label for your first purchase. Mention the replacement order number in your email.
STORE CREDIT
If you return an item for store credit, once the return is received and accepted you will immediately be able to apply that credit for a new item, minus return shipping and handling charges.
REFUNDS
We'll notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus a return shipping and handling charge of $10 for all orders. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
LIABILITY
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
