You Need More Than One Dress for Your Wedding

When I was planning for my wedding, I thought I just needed one dress for my big day. And I couldn’t have been more wrong! While I didn’t have a huge wedding, I did plan for my wedding to be a destination wedding event. I imagined a weekend full of celebration with my beloved friends and family. There was a welcome drinks night and a rehearsal dinner night, both which I needed to dress up for. But up to that point I’d only really planned for my wedding dress. And so, about 1 month before the big day I realized I was missing dressy outfits I’d need, and I was off scrambling for more dresses.

I wanted to wear something really elegant and feminine, dresses that would be great leading up to the big day. They're the kinds of dresses I now make for my own collection. When I first designed the Can’t Go Wrong dress, I only made it in black, but I loved the elegant style line so much that I thought this dress in white would be so beautiful. It would be the perfect dress for a bride’s wedding weekend, for her welcome drinks, rehearsal dinner, or second dress for after the ceremony. And what makes it even better is that it is cut in the highest quality of silk, and is so comfortable and luxurious. Unlike the actual wedding dress that might be your dream ball gown, one that’s poofy, grand, and dramatic, this one is much more relaxed and easy to wear and you won’t want to take it off.

Another style that I absolutely love is the Big Easy jumpsuit cut in ivory. It is another great choice for a bride’s wedding weekend attire. This one-of-a-kind jumpsuit is cut in an extra wide leg style, in the most flowy silk. You will be sure to step out confidently with grace and wow your wedding guests.
